This trend has probably been happening since slips have been around, but the first time I saw it was in the summer of 1977 around L.A. Vintage Lacy Slips half & full were worn as skirts and dresses. These Beautiful Slips of Satin or Nylon were worn mostly by Ladies in their twenties and they were everywhere!
